3.Compress your Knee – This is an old age technique we all swear to. You can also use elastic bandage, straps or sleeves to keep a check on swelling or rendering additional support.
4.Elevate your Knee – Raise your knee with a pillow under your heel when you’re sitting or lying down to reduce swelling.
5. Practice exercises – You can also practice stretching and strengthening exercises only on the recommendation of the doctor.
